What you’re signing up for

One email announcing the launch of Elves Across America. Joining this list does not enroll you in an ongoing newsletter, create an elf account, or submit a partner application.

What we save

Your email address, optional first name and participation interest, the time and wording version of your consent, and whether you have withdrawn. These are stored in the website’s database and can be exported by the site owner for the launch announcement.

Your choice to withdraw

The signup confirmation gives you a private withdrawal link that you can save. Open that link and select “Withdraw my signup.” Withdrawing removes your address from future launch-list exports. We retain a record of the preference to avoid adding you back through a duplicate submission. The launch email will also include an unsubscribe option.

Duplicate signups

Submitting an address already on file does not create another entry or change its existing preferences. Save your withdrawal link when you first sign up.

Basic abuse prevention

Short-lived, hashed network identifiers help limit repeated submissions. We do not add advertising trackers to this signup page. Your address is used for the launch announcement, not displayed publicly.

Questions about your data

Contact the EAA site owner at volunteerstsa@gmail.com to ask about your launch-list information, request deletion, or withdraw if you lost your link.
